Lose weight is the only solution to obesity

Losing weight involves various variants of the human body systems that store energy.

This action does have positive effects, such as a reduced risk of heart disease. However, the diet program also causes disruption of the body’s energy system.

Losing weight leads to health problems, especially for those of you who lose weight quickly.

Sleep disturbances, gallstones, and other complications when running a diet program is a signal that the diet is not going well.

Therefore, the best step before running a diet program is to consult a doctor or a dietitian.

When running a diet program, it is prevalent to hear the term calories out VS calories in. This term tends to simplify the problem of obesity.

Calories do have a significant role in obesity. There are several other foods, apart from protein, that cause hormonal changes and increase weight gain.
